We are seeking a qualified Neonatologist to provide specialized medical care for newborn infants, particularly those who are premature or critically ill. The ideal candidate will work in neonatal intensive care settings and collaborate with pediatricians, obstetricians, and nursing staff to ensure the best outcomes for newborns.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat newborn conditions such as Premature Birth, Neonatal Sepsis, and Respiratory Distress Syndrome.
Provide medical care to infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Monitor and manage the health of premature and critically ill newborns.
Perform neonatal procedures such as Neonatal Resuscitation when required.
Work closely with obstetricians and pediatricians to manage high-risk pregnancies and deliveries.
Educate and counsel parents regarding newborn care and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate patient records and follow clinical protocols and hospital standards.

Requirements:
Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent).
Specialization / Board Certification in Neonatology or Pediatrics with Neonatology training.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in neonatology or NICU practice.
Strong clinical and decision-making skills with the ability to work in critical care environment.
